DBS Telecoms recently analysed data received from its customer phone enquiries regarding 0800 phone numbers and have made this report available online as a series of frequently asked questions - FAQ’s. The data was collected over a one year period.
The 0800 Number Frequently Asked Questions will serve as a handy guide for any small, medium or large UK based business that is considering using an 0800 freephone number for marketing or customer service purposes.
